StudiBuddy Maarten Braun

Maarten is our non-executive director and co-owner of StudiBuddy. Born in South Africa, he currently works as a lawyer at a renowned law firm in Amsterdam.

Maarten has over 15 years of experience as a legal professional. He holds degrees in economics, law, and communication management from universities in South Africa, the United States, and the Netherlands.

Learning and personal development are very important to Maarten, as reflected in his many academic achievements. There is also a personal reason behind this passion: Maarten was diagnosed with dyslexia early in life and, with the help of learning specialists, learned to overcome this challenge. Several mentors and guides supported him on his academic and professional journey, and he now wants to do the same for young students who face difficulties in learning in any form.
